O MINISTÉRIO da Administração Estatal e Função Pública (MAEFP) garante haver condições técnicas para o início do processo de retenção na fonte, dos salários processados indevidamente, no âmbito da implementação da Tabela Salarial Única (TSU).
“Naturalmente, algumas situações são passíveis de correcção, para em breve arrancar o dossier de reposição da verdade salarial decorrente de supostos erros durante a implementação da Tabela Salarial Única”, disse o director nacional de Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação no MAEFP, Feliciano Chavana.
A fonte, que falava há dias, na cidade de Quelimane, província da Zambézia, no final do fórum dos gestores de Recursos Humanos do Estado, alargado aos secretários permanentes distritais, não avançou os quantitativos a serem cativados.
Chavana disse que “se houver lugar à responsabilização fundada nas razões da ocorrência dos erros, nessa altura o Governo exercerá o direito de não só recuperar os fundos do Estado que foram usados indevidamente, mas sobretudo para desencorajar a prática dessas acções nocivas a todo o processo de gestão”.
