Falando no workshop, organizado pela EDM – Electricidade de Moçambique, por ocasião do Dia Internacional de Energia, Munir Sacoor propôs a assinatura de um memorando de entendimento entre a EDM, CTA, MIREME e UEM para a materialização da iniciativa de criação de uma incubadora para formação de profissionais do sector de energias limpas.
Para Munir Sacoor, a organização deste workshop, subordinado ao tema “Eficiência Energética e Disponibilidade de Energia, Rumo ao Acesso Universal, até 2030”, foi uma iniciativa louvável e encontros do género devem acontecer regularmente, e de forma mais abrangente, de modo que toda a sociedade perceba o caminho que o mundo está a seguir nesta temática de energias limpas.
Outra proposta apresentada pelo representante da CTA é a massificação da informação através da realização de palestras nas escolas e nos bairros usando dísticos e panfletos informativos sobre o uso de lâmpadas de baixo consumo.
Intervindo na ocasião, o Administrador Executivo da EDM, Francisco Inroga, acolheu a proposta da CTA sobre assinatura dum memorando de entendimento e partilhou algumas experiências e acções em curso que a instituição vem desenvolvendo junto do sector privado no que concerne as energias limpas.
