De referir que a nota de designação de Manuel de Araújo é datada de 16 de Fevereiro de 2023, o que eleva de sobremaneira o estado Moçambicano e em particular a Capital Provincial da Zambézia, Cidade de Quelimane, onde o designado é Autarca desde 2011. (INTEGRITY)
