INTEGRITY-MOÇAMBIQUE, 17 de Outubro de 2022- Tomou posse na última sexta-feira (14), o novo Director-geral do Secretariado Técnico de Administração Eleitoral (STAE), Loló Correia. A posse do novo “homem forte” do STAE, acontece no meio de um mar de tempestades criadas primeiro pelo partido Frelimo que tudo fez para que o actual responsável técnico pela realização das eleições que se avizinham não tomasse posse, entretanto, o que muitos não sabem é que ascensão em cargos de género, permitem que se chegue ao “saco azul” e participe em grandes negociatas de materiais para o escrutínio, um negócio que desde 1994 vem enriquecendo certos grupos internos ligados ao partido Frelimo.
Entretanto, na senda daquilo que estaria por detrás da contenda, segundo apurou a “Integrity” esta uma suposta facilitação e beneficiação que pode vir acontecer com o novo “homem forte do STAE” que segundo apuramos é proprietário de uma longa frota de viaturas que podem vir a ser alugadas pelo STAE que infelizmente tem sido seu apanágio: alugar casas, carros, cadeiras e tantas outras coisas. Segundo constatamos, mesmo a nível da província em que dirigia o STAE, grande parte das viaturas usadas eram suas, o que pode vir acontecer nos próximos dias, já que estará na “grande mesa” das decisões.
Por outro lado, importa referir que Loló Correia, tem 45 anos de idade, natural da cidade da Beira, na província de Sofala. É formado em Engenharia de Sistemas e Telecomunicações, Mestre em Administração Pública e tem uma pós-graduação em Ciência Política. A nível do STAE já trabalha há 25 anos, onde já chefiou o Departamento de Organização e Operações Eleitorais, Formação e Educação Cívica, entre outros, ou seja, estamos diante de um homem que vivenciou todas as polémicas envolvendo o STAE desde os anos de 1999 a esta parte!
