Dentre vários cidadãos que repudiaram e exigem a investigação, captura, detenção, condenação máxima e a revelação dos autores e mandantes do assassinato do Jornalista está a Organização da Sociedade Civil Centro para Democracia e Direitos Humanos (CDD) que através de um comunicado de imprensa questiona “quem matou Chamusse e quantos mais terão de morrer?”
No ofício publicado pelo CDD, a OSC “exige uma investigação célere, isenta e transparente que permita chegar aos cérebros do crime macabro e dos seus executores para que possam ser exemplarmente punidos. O esclarecimento deste caso é importante para que o Estado possa passar uma mensagem de que não tolera este tipo de práticas. O silêncio pode dar razão às vozes que dizem que Chamusse foi assassinado por conta da sua profissão e das intervenções quase sempre críticas à governação.”
Já o jornalista e pesquisador do Centro de Integridade Pública (CIP), Borges Nhamirre, que em tempos trabalhou com o finado, escreveu na sua página do Facebook uma mensagem profunda e com revelações tremendas. Nhamirre começa por a sua missiva com as seguintes palavras “até já eterno editor”. Escolheste morrer de pé!” E ao longo do texto afirma que “hoje com o assassinato do João Chamusse, fica claro que há um perfil de pessoas que são alvos a abater. Por quem, não sei.”
Borges Nhamirre revela que “há dias recebi uma chamada do deputado António Muchanga a contar que um agente das FDS (Muchanga diz o conhecer bem) foi até à casa dele lhe mostrar uma arma AK47 e lhe dizer que tinha aquela arma para matar o Muchanga e o Borges Nhamirre. Nada disse publicamente na altura. Levei a minha rotina de vida habitual.”
Quem também se mostrou bastante chocado com o bárbaro assassinato de João Chamusse é o Jornalista, Pesquisador e Docente Lázaro Mabunda que através da sua página do Facebook disse “não podemos esperar que os assassinos sejam encontrados. A polícia vai continuar a trabalhar como sempre. O governo vai lamentar com mensagens. O tempo vai passar e ninguém será encontrado como responsável. Mas, o assassinato de um colega não nos pode assustar, deve-nos encorajar a continuar a luta por um País livre de gângsteres.”
Reagindo à trágica morte do Jornalista e Director Editorial do Jornal “Ponto por Ponto”, João Chamusse, o Conselho Superior da Comunicação Social (CSCS) lamentou “a perda de vida deste profissional da comunicação social e apela às autoridades a investigar a fundo as circunstâncias em que se deu a sua morte.” (INTEGRITY)
