INTEGRITY, MAPUTO, 12 de Junho de 2023 – por exemplo na semana passada, segundo conta um cliente, tentou recarregar o seu cartão com uma recarga de 50 MT, mas sem sucesso, tendo sido notificado que o sistema que permite o recarregamento não estava operacional. Passou um tempo o cliente insistiu mais uma vez e nada de recarregamento.
Passados dois dias o cliente tentou usar o código da recarga, mas surpreendentemente recebeu a notificação segunda a qual o código já teria sido o usado pelo cliente, tendo este de imediato consultado o saldo que continuava num par de zeros. Preocupado, o cliente decide ligar para a linha do cliente em busca de esclarecimento, mas a agente sugeriu que voltasse a ligar numa outra outra ocasião, justificando que estivessem a enfrentar problemas de sistema.
“Passaram dois dias voltei a ligar para a linha do cliente, a diferença é que fui atendido por outra agente, mas a resposta foi a mesma”, explicou.
