Mamudo Irache, Presidente do Conselho Empresarial em Cabo Delgado, veio ao público para manifestar indignação e apontou que mesmo para reabilitar casas de banho são contratadas empresas que não são da província.
O Representante dos empresários de Cabo Delgado, acrescenta que há exigência excessiva de certificação de empresas locais, pelas agências envolvidas no processo de reconstrução, deixando de lado assim empresas nativas. (Mussa Yussuf, em Cabo Delgado)
